Michelle provides personalized full service nanny placement. With a careful eye to detail she thoughtfully interviews and screens candidates. She verifies work history and references prior to conducting extensive background checks of the most qualified candidates. Families receive a written presentation about the most outstanding candidate(s).

We are interested to help you find and screen the right qualified nanny for your family. We interview nannies on an ongoing basis with a comprehensive list of questions. Only the best are moved forward to the next steps.
Please plan approximately 4-12 weeks for your nanny search from start to finish.
