The Nanny Finder saves parents the many hours it takes to seek, interview and screen each potential candidate. You will work directly with Michelle throughout the process benefiting from her many years of experience. Alternatively, families may also avail themselves of extra counsel and guidance for the process of hiring their own nanny.

Throughout her career as an early childhood specialist, Michelle has been a full time nanny, an after-school nanny, teacher, and a learning pod director. A graduate of Northeastern Illinois University with a BA in Early Childhood education and Social Science.
